Laurence Mossman’s recent visibility on television cannot be missed. In fact, even on social media, posts from his fans include their surprise having watched Laurence on Dolce Amore, ABS-CBN’s newest primetime teleserye. Dolce Amore is a romantic-comedy series top-billed by Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil. Laurence plays the character of Signore Mossman, a support role along with Matteo Guidicelli, Cherie Gil, Sunshine Cruz, Edgar Mortiz, Rio Locsin, Ruben Maria Soriquez, Andrew E., and Kean Cipriano.
The story revolves around Simon Vicente ‘Tenten’ Ibarra (Enrique Gil) and Serena ‘Sese’ Marchesa (Liza Soberano) who were both adopted by separate families, and which extreme opposite stations in life are part of the highlight of the story, along with their quest for truth, struggles for their family, and later on finding their destiny in each other’s arms. This has not been the first a ‘Mossman’ is appearing on television. Laurence’s brother is quite known in Australia and New Zealand for his major roles in several television series. Laurence, for his part, is enjoying the craft, taking in as much acting training as he can to level with his co-stars in the teleserye. Laurence promises though, that his music fans will not be forgotten. Just as he made time last February 26, when he had a free post-Valentines mall show at Fishermall. He also performs regularly at Resorts World Manila as member of the all-male group PRIMO. |
