‘Crash Landing On You” Couple, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, Officially Tied the Knot

The reel-turned-real ‘Crash Landing on You’ couple, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin official tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony at the Aston House of the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel, March 31. ​

Hours before the commencement of the wedding ceremony, the actors’ agencies VAST Entertainment and MSTeam stated through a statement, “Actors Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are holding their wedding ceremony today, taking their first step as a married couple.
​The ceremony will be private in consideration of the situation with COVID-19, so we ask for your generous understanding. We are sharing the news with their wedding photos instead.”The agencies continued, “We express deep gratitude for the many blessings and warm support sent for their new beginning. Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin along with their agencies will continue to put in full effort to give back for the love received.”
The couple started to collaborate on the 2018 film “The Negotiation”. A year after that, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin reunited in a highly acclaimed and followed 2019 drama “Crash Landing on You.”

After the success of their drama, rumors circulated that two were dating after they were reportedly seen shopping together at what appears to be a supermarket outside of Korea. Photos who appear to be Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin were over the internet on January 21, 2019. Both actors are wearing caps, and Son Ye Jin is also wearing sunglasses.
Despite the speculation neither of the half of BinJin couple confirmed nor denied the rumors about the status of their relationship. But years after, they confirmed their relationship in January 2021 and announced their marriage in February of this year.
About 300 guests attended the wedding of the year which include the couple’s family and acquaintances. Including on this list of attendees were Gong Hyo-jin, Lee Min-jung, UhmJi-won, Oh Yoon-ah, Jung Hae-in, Ahn Sung-ki, Park Joong-hoon, and Ha Ji-won.
More so, South Korean singer Gummy sang the Crash Landing on You OST “Give You My Heart,” originally sung by IU, at the wedding.
