Miss World Philippines 2016 officially kicked-off with the press presentation of twenty-five candidates held at the historic Sampaguita Gardens in New Manila, Quezon City. Two lovely ladies, Sarah Margareth Joson and Ralph Lauren Asuncion sat for an interview for Pageant Corner and here are some tidbits of information on the two strong bets.

Zamboangueña beauty Nancy Lee Leonard, was recently appointed by the Queen of the Philippines Foundation, Inc. and La Unica Events Management in collaboration with Megastar Production, to be the official Philippine entry to the 2016 Miss Tourism Queen International (MTQI) to be held from September 12 to 26 at When Zhou, China.
Nancy, a twenty-five year old, five feet seven inches tall stunning beauty is a graduate of BS Psychology major in Guidance and Counseling at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University. Prior to her recent appointment to compete for the forthcoming international tilt, she was crowned as Miss Zamboanga in 2011 that led her to join Miss Philippines Earth Pageant in 2013 where she emerged as Miss Philippines Earth-Water. She also joined the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 Pageant.
